If you look closely, you can try and figure out what this lady is selling in the wooden box. It is edible and is a bit of a delicacy here.

It's called matumbo

aka. Intestines.

Yummy.

no i have been offered it before but have never had enough guts to try it. today i had liver stew though. It was delicious.
